To purchase books:

Amazon. These separate companies maintain separate shopping carts,
so you have to be sure to complete each order. Price and availability varies -- I prefer Barnes and Noble but sometimes Amazon has more used books. Beware that Amazon's
used books often have higher shipping and handling charges and slower delivery.
