Telephone Consultations with Dr. Weyrich

This is an excellent way for prospective patients to discuss their condition with Dr. Weyrich prior to scheduling an in-office appointment.

Although you must enter a phone number to schedule an appointment, Dr. Weyrich will not call phones outside the 480, 602, or 623 area codes. If your phone number is in another area code, you must initiate the phone call to (480) 391-0821 at the time of your scheduled conference, or up to 5 minutes earlier. If the phone is busy please re-try in a couple minutes.

If you have any materials that you want Dr. Weyrich to look over, please e-mail them to Orville2@DrWeyrich.com or fax to (480) 393-4179 at least 1 hour before your scheduled conference to allow time for download. Please use the subject: CONSULTATION MATERIALS so that the materials do not get lost.

There is no medical procedure code for non-patient consultations and therefore they are not generally reimbursible by insurance. Check with your plan administrator for possible reimbursement via medical savings accounts or flexible spending/cafeteria plans. Dr. Weyrich makes no claim that any third party payor will reimburse for his services.

Also note that the information which Dr. Weyrich can provide to a non-patient whom he has not physically examined is general in nature and cannot include a detailed patient-specific recommendation or prescription. This restriction is both for your safety and for legal compliance. Telephone consultations cost $25 per 15 minutes. You may purchase more than one 15 minute block if available).

For questions that require Dr. Weyrich to consult reference materials, he may e-mail you information or ask you to call back. Dr. Weyrich expects that he will be able to answer most questions within 48 hours.
